Born to a Philadelphia show-biz family, Julie began this journey at the age of three months, appearing in a play where her father was one of the actors, and subsequently spent the majority of her childhood and adolescence performing in musicals. In the Philadelphia area and in New York, Julie appeared in many shows such as, "Sweeney Todd", "Barnum", "The Music Man", "Oliver!', and "Godspell" among others. Additionally Julie was fortunate enough to sing in such prestigious venues as the Academy of Music in Philadelphia and New York's Rockefeller Center. In 1989, Julie moved to the Seattle area and continued performing in local productions of such musicals as "Brigadoon", "Man of La Mancha", "The Fantastiks", "Peter Pan", and "West Side Story".
Julie describes her originals as IndieRetroRockAlternative. Raised on musical theatre, oldies, 80s, jazz, heavy metal, and finally Seattle grunge - her originals tend to conjure several different genres at once.
Julie fronts two of the Seattle area's most formidable dance bands: the Tropics and the ElektraLights. Julie also sings back-up for the Bob Rivers Show House band, Spike and the Impalers (www.bobrivers.com). Over the past 19 years, you may have heard her perform at the Edmonds Arts Festival, Celebrate Shoreline or singing the national anthem at a Seattle Mariners game.
In addition to "Inevitable", Julie has been busy laying the backing vocals on the new album for the Jimmie Van Zant Band (www.jimmievanzant.) and completed backing vocals on Eddy Ferguson's debut CD entitled "Changes" including a lead vocal on his award-winning track "Ritual". Additionally, Julie has co-written songs with Dave Chick over at Hatched Productions (netwww.hatchedproductions.net).
Julie has been happily married for nearly fifteen years and has two beautiful and brilliant children. When she isn't working as a musician, Julie prefers to spend her time with friends and family.

The Team
This collaborative team of musicians are truly exceptional. Accomplished performers, musicians, and composers, they make realities into dreams and dreams into realities.
Curtis Chandler (Producer) got his first guitar at age 13. His dad gave him his Korean electric and an old amp. He also taught him 12-bar blues. After that he remembers playing the guitar all day (and listening to Led Zeppelin II for six months straight). At 16, he started songwriting. His early stuff ranged from rock to techno to country - definitely a mixed bag. When Tascam released the Porta-One ministudio – he bought the first one at American Music. He was hooked on recording and started honing his demos. Curtis started the band Symon Asher (www.symonasher.com) and they hit it! Playing in Seattle during the 90’s was very exciting. Even though SA was not by any means considered a typical Seattle band, they enjoyed playing out around town and mixing it up with the great musicians of that decade. More recently, Curtis has been composing and producing for many different entities including Experience Music Project and for up-and-coming artists.
Eddy Ferguson (Bass) is a fiery, passionate musician with 29 years experience in everything from live performance to studio and session work, sequencing, composition, bass and guitar teaching, recording and engineering. Four-string, five-string, six-string, fretted, fretless, acoustic, electric, upright, down low – he does it all. Eddy has performed up and down the West Coast with groups like the Troublemakers, Bad Boys, Panama, Dward, EMP’s own Pot Luck Orchestra and is currently in the ElektraLights (www.theelektralight.com), Michael Powers, and pinch-hitting on guitar for the Tropics. When he’s not gigging, he's designing drum beds or playing face-melting solos on the upcoming tracks. His resume also includes writing education curriculum, composing music, and working as a session musician for Experience Music Project, MTV and Mackie Audio Products. Eddy's debut CD is out and winning awards. Find out more at www.eddyferguson.com.
Ricardo Valenzuela (Guitar) has been a fixture on the Northwest music scene for the past 2 years, entertaining audiences throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Hawaii, Canada and the Virgin Islands. With his strong voice and versatile playing style, Ricardo has been a member of area bands such as Magazine, Chain Reaction, One to One, Once and AquaVinyl. Performing and recording with other Northwest singer/songwriters, Ricardo has shared the bill with artists such as The Guess Who, Christopher Cross, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Huey Lewis & the News. A highly skilled songwriter himself, Ricardo enjoys collaborating with other musicians, co-writing two of the songs on Inevitable. Additionally, he designed drum tracks for three of the tunes on the CD and played all guitar tracks on every cut. Ricardo is currently working on the music for his own solo album, a mix of Rock, Latin, R&B and Pop that showcases both his vocal and instrumental ability. Like a world-class athlete, his playing is breathtaking and shouldn’t be missed…so don’t miss it!
Greg Boehme (Sax, Keys) is a member of Puget Sound area bands, the Tropics, the ElektraLights (www.theelektralights.com) and Never Been to Utah. He is an accomplished musician, composer and recording artist, having both toured nationally, and won songwriting competitions. He has many of different weapons in his musical arsenal trading between the guitar, saxophone, flute, keyboard, as well as being a seasoned vocalist. When he's not performing, Greg is a sailing enthusiast.
Dave Chick (Keys) started organ & piano lessons when he was five years old. Upon entering middle school, he took up clarinet and played in various school ensembles through middle and high school. While in high school, he was asked to join a band and began his immersion in synthesizers, drum machines and music technology. Just as MIDI was being introduced to the market, Dave became fascinated in the compositional possibilities of overdub recording by implementing two tape recorders, and a set of "y" splitters with his keyboard setup. Upon graduating from high school, Dave went to the University of Western Ontario to pursue a degree in Music. While there, he continued his study of piano and excelled at Theory, Composition and Education. Dave also continued to evolve his own writing, arranging and composition style while updating his keyboard / MIDI setup. It didn't take long for him to get re-engaged in music through continuing to write / arrange music and gaining and interest in engineering / producing. He also started to teach himself guitar.
In 2000, he landed a job that combined his music, technology and business background at the Experience Music Project. There, he became the Director of Projects responsible for the implementation of all new endeavors in the institution. Dave met and became good friends with a number of talented people including Eddy Ferguson, Curtis Chandler and members of the ElektraLights. Over the past few years, he has performed in many groups, lent his skills on various recordings and composed / arranged a number of pieces. Dave is currently studying film scoring with Emmy Award winning composer, Hummie Mann through the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program.
